Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you want to exchange an item for a different one, the quickest way is to initiate a return and follow the return process. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
